1) you were employed in California by Deloitte & Touche LLP or Deloitte Tax LLP as a TAX ASSOCIATE or a TAX SENIOR on or anytime after December 11, 2002 and;
2) you were paid on a salaried basis and;
3) you worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day and/or in excess of forty (40) hours in one or more workweeks.
